Offer conditions
All promotions and offers are subject to the following terms and conditions, unless otherwise stated in the promotional and advertising communications on the website and/or social media banners/posts.
Tattooland Supplies reserves the right at all times, to stop or to change the terms and conditions during the promotional period without reason. A revised version of the terms and conditions will be placed on the website.
Tattooland Supplies and the participants are bound by the contents and provisions of these terms and conditions. By participating in a promo by Tattooland Supplies, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

Offers and Promos
The nature, duration and expiry date of a discount or offer and other specific terms and conditions will always be communicated in the advertisement.
The promotions and offers only apply to purchases made during the relevant promotional period.
When a promotional product is purchased online, the discount is automatically deducted from the shopping basket. If a coupon code is applicable, it must be submitted before the discount can be deducted.
There is no correspondence about the outcome of a win-campaign concerning the winners and/or prizes.
Tattooland Supplies will contact the winners at all times.
Tattooland Supplies reserves the right to use the submitted materials without limitations. Tattooland Supplies can use the videos or images online (posting and re-posting) without restrictions.
When participating, participants give Tattooland Supplies permission to use his/her (studio) name, photos and videos for promotional activities.

Coupon Codes
The nature, duration and expiry date of a discount or promotion and other specific terms and conditions are set out in the statement in which the promotion is communicated.
Each coupon code is valid for a certain period, after this period the discount code can no longer be used.
A coupon code can only be used once; if you cancel or return the order, no new discount code will be issued.
Coupon codes are not valid on any delivery and service charges.
Coupon codes cannot be used in combination with special offers, promotions and other coupon codes.
Coupon codes cannot be used for open/unfinished orders.
The discount is not exchangeable for cash.

Additional terms and conditions
When returning (one of) the products, the value of the goods minus the given discount will be refunded.
Price changes are reserved at all times.
We reserve the right to make printing, publication and typographical errors in all of our communications, for which we are not liable.
Tattooland Supplies employees are excluded from the prizes to be won.
For all promotions and offers applies: as long as stock lasts unless otherwise communicated per promotion.
Customers who have demonstrated abuse of promotions can be excluded. In addition, any discount/free product that has been wrongly provided may be reclaimed.
