Shipping and Delivery
Shipping
We offer several shipping methods through different carriers. Currently, we offer shipping through PostNL (Netherlands and Belgium), DHL, and UPS. During checkout, you will see the available shipping methods for your destination, along with the shipping costs and estimated delivery time. This allows you to choose the option that best suits your needs.
We always aim to use the carrier you selected. However, in some cases, we may need to ship your order with a different carrier instead, for example if another carrier offers better insurance coverage, if the selected carrier cannot reliably deliver to your destination, or if there are temporary service disruptions. When this happens, we will choose a suitable alternative to help ensure your order is delivered safely and reliably. The carrier used for your shipment will always be confirmed in your Track & Trace email.
Free shipping on orders over €175 excluding VAT only applies to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
Please note: due to shipping and handling costs, we are unable to ship orders with an order subtotal below €25 excluding VAT. The order subtotal is calculated after discounts have been applied and does not include shipping costs.
Shipping time
Orders received Monday to Friday before 17:00 are shipped the same day. The exact delivery date and time depend on the selected shipping method and destination. During checkout, you will see an estimated delivery time once you enter your details.
Please note: delivery times depend on the carrier’s service, and we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
Track & Trace
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from Tattooland by email. Once your order has been shipped, you will generally receive a Track & Trace email containing your tracking information. Through the link in this email, you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery. Depending on the carrier, you may also be able to change the delivery time and/or location. Additional charges may apply.
Pickup
You can also collect your order from our showroom. You can select this option during checkout if the selected country for the delivery address is the Netherlands. If you select this option during checkout, the available payment method will be Payment upon Pickup. If our showroom is closed during the holidays, this will be announced on our Opening Hours page.
