Shipping and Delivery
Shipping:
We offer you different shipping possibilities by different carriers. Currently, we offer you the shipping services from PostNL (Netherlands and Belgium), DHL and UPS. When you place an order in our webshop, you will see multiple shipping options in the shopping cart. The exact shipping costs and delivery time will also be mentioned. This way you are always informed about the exact costs.
No shipping cost on orders over €175 (excl. VAT) only applies to the following countries: Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands.
Pickup:
You can collect your order personally from our warehouse on Monday till Friday between 09:30h and 17:30h CET. We are located at J. Keplerweg 8 in Alphen aan den Rijn, the Netherlands. You will find this option in the ordering process (only available for delivery addresses in the Netherlands). When you pick up your order from our warehouse, you can also choose to pay it upon pick-up. If our warehouse is closed during the holidays, it will be announced on this page.
Shipping time:
Orders we receive from Monday through Friday till 17:00h CET will be shipped the same day. The exact delivery date and time depends on the chosen shipping method and destination. When you enter your details in the ordering process, a delivery indication will be given. Please note; we are dependent on the services of the carrier and cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our fault.
Track & Trace
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from Tattooland via email. When your order is accepted by the carrier, you will also receive a confirmation from them with the tracking info. Via the Track & Trace option, you can track your order from sending to delivery, and you also have the option to change the delivery moment and/or location (additional extra costs are borne by the recipient).
