The Bishop Rotary Power Wand Advanced Shader (3.5 mm stroke) is designed for black and grey work, smooth shading, and fine line detailing. It features a brushed Faulhaber motor with custom winding and built-in give for a softer hit. Recommended working voltage: 8.5–10 V.

The Power Wand Advanced Complete Set combines Bishop’s most compact and lightweight tattoo machine with upgraded Critical Advanced batteries. The Shorty battery now offers up to 6 hours of runtime (previously 5 hours), while the Standard battery offers up to 15 hours (previously 10 hours). Available in Shader (3.5 mm), Packer (4.2 mm), and Liner (5.0 mm) configurations, each version is tailored for specific tattooing needs—from soft shading to bold colour packing and precision linework.

This set includes both the Standard and Shorty versions of the Bishop x Critical Power Wand Advanced Battery Pack. Both attach magnetically and sit flush against the machine’s backplate. The updated battery packs feature a full-colour TFT display with a five-button interface, providing real-time readouts of voltage, hertz, battery life, and run time. A built-in Jumpstart mode assists with starting large cartridge configurations, while the Snap Connector with a steel ball bearing and dual rubber washers ensures a secure connection.

Also included are a magnetic RCA adapter for optional wired use, a Critical Universal Battery Charging Dock, and both RCA and USB-C charging cables. The Power Wand Advanced is compatible with all universal Cheyenne-type needle cartridges and Critical Connect hardware, including the Critical Connect Foot Switch. It is also backward-compatible with previous-generation Bishop x Critical battery packs.

Each Power Wand is precision-machined from aircraft-grade aluminium and finished in matte black with a hand-polished band, colour-coded by type: grey (Shader), copper (Packer), or black (Liner). Measuring just 10.9 cm in length and weighing 142 grams, the Power Wand remains one of the smallest and lightest pen-style machines available—ideal for long sessions with reduced hand fatigue.
