Kwadron INX™ UniShader #1 is the lightest variant in the line and is designed for gentle transitions and soft shading. It is suitable for highlights, subtle gradients in realism, and the first foundational layers of shading. The Kwadron INX™ UniShader series consists of 4 shading inks that range from very light to very dark. Each shade is numbered from 1 to 4, with 1 as the lightest and 4 as the darkest. This series of premixed shading inks is designed to provide controlled shading, smooth tonal transitions and reliable results. Each of the 4 inks is best suited for different work / techniques:
- UniShader #1: Highlights, soft gradients and gentle transitions
- UniShader #2: Classic shading, black and grey work and broader tonal transitions
- UniShader #3: Strong accents, defined shadows and work that emphasizes depth and form
- UniShader #4: Dark areas, deep fills and final passes that reinforce contrast
