The Merbach Ultrasonic Cleaner provides effective ultrasonic cleaning for instruments and small parts, including areas that are difficult to reach with manual cleaning. It converts electrical energy into high-frequency sound waves, creating millions of microscopic bubbles in the cleaning liquid. As these bubbles collapse, they release energy that helps remove contaminants from narrow gaps, recesses and other hard-to-reach areas while remaining suitable for delicate components.
Operating at a frequency of 42 kHz with a 70 watt rating, the unit is designed for routine cleaning of tools and small parts between procedures. Digital controls allow the cleaning time to be adjusted using the SET button, with a default cycle of 180 seconds. The ON and OFF buttons start, pause and resume the cycle, and the unit stops automatically when the selected time has elapsed.
The 1400 ml tank provides space to fully submerge the items placed in the basket. After use, the tank can be emptied, cleaned and dried in preparation for the next cycle.

Instructions for Use:
- Place the unit on a flat, stable surface
- Fill the tank with demineralised water or an instrument cleaning solution suitable for ultrasonic cleaners, up to the MAX mark. Add a cleaning agent if required
- Plug the unit into a properly earthed socket
- Place the instruments or parts in the basket, ensuring they are fully submerged
- Adjust the cleaning time with the SET button if required, then press ON to begin the cycle
- The unit stops automatically when the selected time has elapsed. Repeat the cycle if further cleaning is needed. To pause during a cycle, press OFF, then press ON to resume
- After cleaning, remove the items and unplug the unit. Empty the tank, then clean and dry it before the next use
- Do not immerse the unit in water or use materials that could scratch the tank. If required, use a non-abrasive stainless-steel cleaner
