Envío y entrega

Envío
Ofrecemos varios métodos de envío a través de diferentes transportistas. Actualmente, ofrecemos envío a través de PostNL (Países Bajos y Bélgica), DHL, y UPS. Durante el proceso de compra, verás los métodos de envío disponibles para tu destino, junto con los costos de envío y el tiempo estimado de entrega. Esto te permite elegir la opción que mejor se adapte a tus necesidades.

Siempre nos esforzamos por utilizar el transportista que seleccionaste. Sin embargo, en algunos casos, es posible que necesitemos enviar tu pedido con un transportista diferente, por ejemplo, si otro transportista ofrece mejor cobertura de seguro, si el transportista seleccionado no puede entregar de manera confiable a tu destino, o si hay interrupciones temporales en el servicio. Cuando esto ocurre, elegiremos una alternativa adecuada para ayudar a garantizar que tu pedido se entregue de manera segura y confiable. El transportista utilizado para tu envío siempre se confirmará en tu correo electrónico de Seguimiento y Rastreo.

El envío gratuito en pedidos superiores a €175 sin incluir IVA solo se aplica a los siguientes países: Austria, Bélgica, Alemania, Francia, Luxemburgo y los Países Bajos.

Por favor ten en cuenta: debido a los costos de envío y manejo, no podemos enviar pedidos con un subtotal de pedido inferior a €25 sin incluir IVA. El subtotal del pedido se calcula después de aplicar los descuentos y no incluye los costos de envío.

Tiempo de envío
Los pedidos recibidos de lunes a viernes antes de las 17:00 se envían el mismo día. La fecha y hora exactas de entrega dependen del método de envío seleccionado y el destino. Durante el proceso de compra, verás un tiempo estimado de entrega una vez que ingreses tus detalles.

Por favor ten en cuenta: los tiempos de entrega dependen del servicio del transportista, y no podemos responsabilizarnos por retrasos que están fuera de nuestro control.

Seguimiento y Rastreo
Después de realizar tu pedido, recibirás una confirmación de pedido de Tattooland por correo electrónico. Una vez que tu pedido haya sido enviado, generalmente recibirás un correo electrónico de Seguimiento y Rastreo con tu información de seguimiento. A través del enlace en este correo electrónico, puedes seguir tu pedido desde el despacho hasta la entrega. Dependiendo del transportista, también es posible que puedas cambiar la hora y/o la ubicación de la entrega. Pueden aplicarse cargos adicionales.

Recogida
También puedes recoger tu pedido en nuestro showroom. Puedes seleccionar esta opción durante el proceso de compra si el país seleccionado para la dirección de entrega es Países Bajos. Si seleccionas esta opción durante el proceso de compra, el método de pago disponible será Pago al Recoger. Si nuestro showroom está cerrado durante las vacaciones, esto se anunciará en nuestra página de Horario de Apertura.
